MAC Construction were engaged by Granco Trucks Ltd to assist with constructing a purpose-built workshop at their headquarters in Newry.

Scope of Works:

• Topsoil strip and reduced dig of 13,000 cubic meters disposed offsite.

• Yard formation of 6000 square meters.

• Shuttering and installation of pad foundations.

• Design and Installation of main drainage, treatment plant and utilities including a series of drop manholes from 1.2 - 6m in depth.

• Preparation and installation of reinforced concrete floor slab of 1100 square meters.

• Installation of service pits and spillage bunds.

Our team worked diligently to ensure safety was at the forefront of project delivery whilst interfacing with other contractors. We proudly delivered a high quality result that was within time and budget.
